Grinding and Polishing
Flat Grinding on our continuous production throughput machine allows us to grind large volumes to be processed, parallel and to consistent S.P.C. checks. Where a tolerance is too tight, we have the facility to lap after grinding. Thus giving a quick, stock removal and a good finish within tolerance in one facility. This process is ideal for larger production batches although smaller batches can be accommodated.
Polishing
further enhances the final finish for mechanical and cosmetic purposes with the finish to our customer needs. If required we can give a rougher finish or produce one to a mirror finish of 0.05µmRa or better.
